Titan Healer – Beta Testing Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the testing of Titan Healer ("Software"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Software

Titan Healer is an independent software application designed to assist users of the Avolites Titan platform. The Software is currently provided for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes.

2. Beta Software Status

The Software is provided as a beta version and may contain bugs, errors, defects, or incomplete features.

Users acknowledge that:

  • The Software may not perform as expected.
  • The Software may cause unexpected behavior or interruptions.
  • Features may be modified, removed, or added without notice.
  • No guarantee is made regarding stability, reliability, or compatibility.

3. No Affiliation with Avolites

Titan Healer is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Avolites Ltd.

All trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The developer makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability
  • Performance
  • Reliability
  • Availability
  • Compatibility with any hardware, software, or operating system

Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Show file corruption
  • System downtime
  • Hardware damage
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Backup Responsibility

Users are strongly encouraged to:

  • Create backups of all Titan show files.
  • Test the Software in a non-critical environment before production use.
  • Verify all results generated by the Software before deployment.

The developer is not responsible for any loss of data or production issues resulting from use of the Software.

7. Feedback and Reporting

By participating in testing, users are encouraged to provide feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, and performance information.

Any feedback voluntarily submitted may be used by the developer without restriction for the purpose of improving the Software.

8. Intellectual Property

Titan Healer and all associated source code, designs, documentation, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of the developer.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to the user.

9. Confidentiality

Unless otherwise authorized by the developer, users agree not to:

  • Redistribute the Software.
  • Publish the Software.
  • Share download links publicly.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Software.
  • Share internal screenshots, documentation, or beta features without permission.

10. Termination

The developer may terminate access to the Software at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
